Clickk is a small paid app that plays a sound when you press a key. These terms are short because it does very little on your behalf.

Your licence

Buying Clickk gives you a personal, non exclusive licence to use it on the Macs associated with your Apple Account. One purchase covers all of them. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share your licence key, or ship its sound files as part of another product.

Your key is tied to the Apple account you first activate it on, so it will not activate for someone else. If you change Apple Account and need the key moved, write to us and we will move it.

Clickk is sold through Gumroad, which is the seller of record and handles payment, invoicing and tax. Gumroad's own terms cover the transaction itself; these terms cover the software.

Refunds

Thirty days, no reasons needed, through Gumroad. A refund ends the licence, and the app stops playing sound at the next check.

Sounds and recordings

Clickk ships two kinds of kit. Some are synthesized from scratch for the app. Others are recordings released by their authors under open licences, used within those licences and credited in the app. Kits are for use inside Clickk. They are not a sample library to redistribute.

Switch and keyboard names are used only to describe what a kit sounds like. Clickk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any switch, keyboard, or hardware manufacturer, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

What is not promised

Clickk is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a sound effect for your keyboard, not something to depend on for anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss arising from using it is limited to what you paid for it.

Typing speed and accuracy figures are there for interest. They are not a certified measurement and should not be treated as one.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one through Report a Problem in your Apple Account purchase history. If Apple declines and you believe the app genuinely did not work, email and it will be looked into.

Changes

Features may be added, changed, or removed in future versions. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live that cannot be waived.
